My stay at this place was enjoyable, the room had double beds, breakfast was complimentary, and there was a nice bar with great service.

Had a very nice stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis East. Large and top-class units with amenities like a hot tub and 2 double beds. The staff were exceptionally nice. The location was ideal. Offered a free and nice breakfast.

Great spot to start your adventures. The staff is super helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. It's in a handy location near the freeway, so it was easy to get around. Plus, they have a cool coffee bar here! ☕

All in all convenient location, right by food chains with more offerings at the next exit, chain restaurants and zero attractions, and restaurants and convenience stores. Extremely helpful staff in the whole hotel.

The breakfast here was really good - they had fruit, bacon, and waffles 🥓🥞 The services were alright, nothing too fancy, but still decent enough.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent service from the front desk, including the helpfulness of Ernie. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, with high-quality towels and shampoo/conditioner provided.

We felt so relaxed during our stay that we have no complaints at all.

We really enjoyed our room with the hot tub. It was very relaxing and clean. The hotel was near restaurants and convenience stores and the bed was very comfortable. Since I couldn't find the entire breakfast, the front desk clerk made me a plate with blueberry muffins, toasted bagels, and juice for the road. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

The bathroom was only separated by shutters, which allowed for little privacy when using it. Breakfast had 2 separate stations, which I didn't see or realized because a wall was in the way. I never had a chance to eat any of the hot food or pastries.

I did encounter one staff member who had poor customer service skills and an unpleasant attitude.

Loud group across the hall, and the staff was unable to move us to another room. So instead we got to hear management bangin on the door in the middle of the night to yell at the other guests.

AMAZING bed and VERY clean jacuzzi! Many other hotels jacuzzi' spray out old dirt and stuff when turned on - not this hotel! Clean as can be!
